Keian was courteous and punctual with this appointment. He explained every situation clearly each time to both my husband and myself. All expenses and details were covered .
Cadence did a great job. He was very quick, on point and professional with the installation. Give that man a raise. My sales rep was very knowledgeable and courteous. I don’t remember his name but he was awesome. However, whoever came and measured up my new door, screwed the pooch. He measured my door 3” lower than it originally was, therefore, covering up my cabinet doors which I can now not access. The Technician Avery Neinabar was on time. He was able to examine the problems with our garage and did his best of tune up on it. Dictated that we need new Rollers to put the garage in good motion of rolling up and down, and was able to put a call to his supervisor to get us a better deal on other parts needed to be replaced to put our garage door running good.
