Landen and Francesco were amazing. They are very friendly and focus on customer service. They were able to diagnose what I needed and fixed me up with a new door and opener, replacing my 21 years old equipment. I’m very happy. Alexis our installer was amazing. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. He really took the time to ensure we were taken care of. Ask for him if you can.
From the moment I called Garage Door Doctor to the completion of the work everyone that I dealt with was superb. My initial call was answered quickly with a friendly voice who took my details and scheduled an appointment. After that I had a text message to confirm along with a picture of the technician who was dispatched. He subsequently called to say he was running early and to confirm that would be ok.
