Courtney Walker, came in ready to work at 8 o'clock. AM. He was very consistent with his labors. Very friendly. Felt very comfortable with the answers. He gave me to my questions. He was very organized in kept things clean, as he went. He was the perfect installer for me, he and I shared a lot of the same work ethics. I couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Service was top-notch. Alfredo knocked it out on a Saturday morning. Called on a Friday. They set up service for next day AM. Can’t beat that. Alfredo showed up after notifying me he was on his way. He got all the details and got to work. 3 hours or so and he was done. Transparent in his overall assessment and options for a solution that will get us back an operational garage door. Great experience! Landen was awesome, he explained each step clearly and did not mind repeat questions. I really appreciate his attention to detail and making sure I was comfortable with the process. I also appreciate a company who tries to give that extra touch, before your technician arrives they send a short bio with a picture. I had an idea of the person I was allowing in my home who I believed understood my perspectives.

Steve and Antonio did an amazing job fixing our garage doors and making them work properly. They were professional, quick, honest, and had personality that made the entire process great. They worked until late to finish the job and even helped us set everything up prior to leaving so we didn’t have to figure out any of the apps. or controllers on our own. I highly recommend using this company to fix any of your garage needs.

I had called another company and their communication was bad. They ruined my day and had me waiting for hours. I looked up Garage Door Doctor and thank God I did. The CSR gave me a technician name Alex Martinez and he was heaven sent. He was a very nice young man. He explained everything to me and asked me which route I wanted to take.
