I called on behalf of my elderly neighbor who has a garage door that is probably 40 years old that the spring broke on. I called several repair places and they all said they would have to order the part and it would be about 3 or 4 days before they could come out to give me an estimate. When I called Tom he gave me an estimate over the phone and was at her house within 3 hours (on a Saturday) and had it fixed within a half hour! He was so pleasant and patient with my neighbor, we both couldn't have been happier! Thanks Tom!
