The absolute worst. NEVER use this company. I don t even want to give them a star. They did not deliver what they promised. They botched the installation and refused to correct unless we paid additional money. No customer service. By far the worst company we have ever dealt with.Update; The owner did contact me recently and apologized for our experience. He offered to service the garage door for free if needed. I give him credit for trying to turn things around. Hope it gets better under his leadership.
I called because we had work done on the yard and when they left the gate no longer worked. Star s service fee was the cheapest around. But, when I asked for their business license the receptionist refused to give it to me, saying it was on the paperwork. I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was told he can t give out the number either and he refused to talk to me. I said, I want to look up your license with the CA licensing board and BBB info before I hire you. I called a couple of days ago to get a key ...what a mistake ! the owner there is a complete jerk . his keys are way overpriced and he has a great animosity towards hardware stores and went on this tirade about them and how they cut into his business if it were up to him only locksmiths should cut keys. well maybe if you lowered your prices to compete .you might get more business for a key blank that cost pennies
They stuck to the quote, but both new locks jammed a few days later. They said they could replace them with for better quality locks- but at a huge price, and they already werent cheap! Expensive and unreliable.
