Rep-Nic was very friendly, polite, concerned, and was able to get me the best repair for our garage door at a very competitive price. Repair service was excellent. I highly recommend him and his company.
Nic was timely, professional and very knowledgeable. He installed a new opener for us and then came out again when we thought we broke the new one. Very nice guy and great at this job. HIGHLY recommend Garage Door Excellence.

Nick came out within 24 hours of me setting up the appointment. He called to let me know be was running ahead of schedule, met the quoted price and performed the repair quickly and with high quality. I'll definitely be using them again for my garage repair needs.
Nick was professional in all aspects of the work. The price for the service call and re-installment of one cable that had come off was somewhat high, but he did provide credit towards the replacement of the garage door opener, which was necessary. We scheduled the work for two days later. It would have been a plus if he had explained in greater detail beforehand what he was going to do, but I watched while he performed the work and I'm happy with the new opener.
