They come by, when no one was home, without scheduling, and proceed to cuss about how they dont see anything wrong with the garage doors (caught on security cameras), when they are supposed to be looking at the actual garage door opener MOTOR. Then, when we setup a date and time for them to look at the broken shaft on the motor, they never show up. I could have bought a new opener from HomeDepot and installed it by now for much cheaper and faster, but I'm renting and am not allowed to do the repair. I've informed the rental ... read more
