The workout was great but it was my first time there and they made me feel like such an outsider. The instructor must also be an elementary teacher (me too!) and half the class were her friends. The entire time she made inside jokes with her friends. She never welcomed me as a new person in the class I guess because she was so caught up in being social with the people she already knew. I never went back. I'm giving it 2 stars because the actual workout was great, but the atmosphere was not inclusive and was totally cliquey.
Such a great experience! The staff is super friendly! I took my first spin class & it was a great balance between challenging and fun! They show you all the things you need to know about the bike! I was nervous to go but I’m so glad I did! Will definitely be back!
