James is honest, on time, polite and friendly, knows what he's doing, and goes the extra mile. He provided the parts, completed the work in quick time and even gave advice on how to maintain my door to keep it in good condition. Lots of blokes could probably do the job, but James makes the process easy and a very good experience, going out of his way to ensure my place is safe and sound.
