James is a legend. The spring broke on our garage door, meaning we couldn't open it. Our body corporate managers referred us to James. He was out the next day. He gave us a half hour window for his expected arrival, arrived within this window and completed the repair. The garage door is adjusted better than it ever was, and opens/closes smoothly.
