It was very cool watching the old building and grounds turn into Garage 31!! The family is very friendly & they really care about you & your cars.. They take the time to explain what they will be doing and why. The price they tell you is the price you pay! The mechanics are very knowledgeable and reliable! The office staff makes you feel welcome and that they are glad you came in. They do excellent work! I almost want my car to break down, so I can have them fix it! Clint and Keith know their stuff. Decades of experience under their belts, these guys can tackle anything. Their shop is great, the lounge area doesn't give off old musty Jiffy Lube, it's actually inviting and modern. Pricing is very competitive and fair. No hidden dealer trick tactics here. Highly recommend these guys for anything from an oil change to brakes, rotors, etc!
Having a reliable and trustworthy mechanic is so important. After many frustrating visits elsewhere it's such a relief to know I finally have a good place to go. Especially a place my kids don't mind having to visit once in awhile either. Keith saved our butts big time after being stranded in Naperville. Thankfully, he was so flexible in letting us have our van towed here before the official open.
