They didnt finish the job took final payment and arent responding to my emails after 8 months
My service call was responded to quickly and the issue was resolved efficiently.
I was initially very happy with our new garage doors. But after only 2 years the rubber trim surrounding the doors began to turn white. Now in my 3rd year it looks terrible. I called Garaga for help with this when I first noticed, but all they said was that it's not their fault because they use a different supplier for the trim. They don't make it themselves. Well, that is wrong. They need to guarantee the whole job and all of the parts. Poor policy and poor customer service.
The company that installed my commercial garage door gets there doors from Garaga. Mine came with baked on overspray black paint on my glass and now giving me so many problems instead of standing behind the product and customers. Don't expect this company to stand behind there own product.
