My GaraDry developed a horizontal crack. I talked to their English office. I was told a replacement would be shipped from their Tennessee warehouse. It arrived the next day. Very few companies have this type of customer service over two continents.
Received product timely. Purchased product for our second garage because product worked so well on our first garage. Will purchase product again when third garage is finished. Great product, works like described.
I am very thankful that I purchased the 1 1/2" stripping. The quality of the product is outstanding. Easily read and very understandable instructions, glue, and blocks were appreciated. I would recommend the garadry product without hestitation. Thank you for delivery of the stripping quickly and for a reasonable shipping charge.
The product seems to be working as designed. Also the customer service is awesome
Easy installation, just follow the directions. What takes the longest is cleaning the installation area. Seal around everything for a water tight result. I waited two days to drive on just to be careful. I ordered it long to go on both sides of track. I also used the blocks.
