Matt listed my house in Beach Haven. It sold in less than 2 weeks because of the expert salesmanship of Matt. I received full asking price. Matt then provided service right through closing. He acquired the CO and made sure smoke detectors were replaced as needed. His commission is also VERY reasonable.
