review of quoting process, not service. requested a quote for replacement. they sent someone out. i told them my current issues and new system wants. the person sent said he didnt feel comfortable giving me quote and and would rather have install manager come and do quote instead. never got a follow up for that or call from install manager.
Ethan and GAR are amazing. Recently bought a new house and had GAR come out to service the system. Ethan caught some problems and got me fixed up right then and there. He had an awesome attitude and was a pleasure to watch work. Highly recommend GAR and Ethan.
Very competitive price. C.J. and and all the installation guys were great ... on time, informative, courtius and completed replacement of HVAC in an about 6 hours. Equipment is working great ... would recommend to anyone.

I am 9 months pregnant… and our AC went out a few days ago… in the middle of July. Not ideal. Thankfully, GAR Inc. came through and made everything super easy. Calling the office was quick and painless—they got us on the schedule right away. Brian came out to assess and resolve the issue and he very quickly discovered that we were going to need a new unit.
