We hired gar to install a San Juan pool. You can see some of the pictures they photo shopped in their google listing. I’ll first start by saying we’ve done many renovation projects and this was by far the worst. They began working before permits were issued and without the correct license type. After several years of contemplating a pool renovation, we finally decided to go for it. We chose GAR Builders based on a neighbor’s recommendation and it was a fantastic decision. Not only did they transform our outdated pool into a modern oasis, but they also offered great advice on maintenance. The entire process was straightforward and hassle-free, which was a huge relief.

Phil had an appointment with us today in Encinitas to go over our siding. We just had our kitchen remodel done by GAR as well and we were very happy with the experience and the outcome. Phil and his team were professional and thorough the entire time. Overall we had a similarly pleasant experience and worked out a deal that worked out best for us. Very happy with our experience with GAR Builders and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a general contractor for similar work to be done.

Hired this company to add a pool and so far it is looking great! Exactly what I wanted. Took a bit longer then what I was expecting but that was due to the permit process. The county took a really long time to approve the permits. I would hire them again for other projects!
