This company was hired to do assessments for the Town of Lewiston and just carte blanche multiplied the old assessments by 3.5 times or 350%. No research, no justification. The legal process allows taxpayers to request an informal review which GAR ignored, answering with a form letter. In short, the equivalent of fraud. Their reviews speak volumes to their being open to the highest bidder. No integrity or professionalism at all whatsoever.
Absolutely do not how these people if you respect your tax payers.
I do not recommend anyone use the services of this company. Incompetent is the best word to describe!!!
ZERO STARS. Do not hire this company. I had an appraisal 7 months ago, the market has since increased by 40K. Hired this company to do a current appraisal for the possible sale of my home and they came in 60K under the first appraisal, which should have been at least 25K above the original appraisal. Then 5 minutes after reciving their questionable appraisal, I get an offer from some outside source to purchase my home at the EXACT amount of this under appraisal. THIS SCREAMS SCAM ALL OVER IT.
