GAR is the most unprofessional, inaccurate appraisers. They walked past two new air conditioner units for our property and didn’t include central air on the appraisal. Also neglected to add a full walk-in attic and office space on the third floor. How in the world do you miss an entire floor of a building? Requested to have the appraisal revised. They dropped the ball again, completely disregarding information provided to them to make their job easier. They are a joke. They don’t deserve any stars.
Gar simply took the information off the shelf from another unit close to iurs. The had a walk thru however never put the correct data in the appraisal after months of trying. To get them to review. We have 3 bedrooms Not 4, sq' is 1200 Not 1,700sq' as they using even when I called it out. Has No view of Ski Slopes as their appraisal indicates, 1.5 baths not the 2.5 they listed. Beware. Appraisers just copy and paste and don't do the work. Verify verify.
