This company was wonderful to work with. Keaton and Dakota were straight forward with the process and answered any questions I had along the way. I feel that I received a fair price on my home and I needed to move quickly. Everything went exceptionally smooth and we closed at the end of the month, as they told me. Don’t be fooled. Keaton gave us an offer on our home the same day we contacted them, but beware, Gapo are NOT real cash buyers, will tie your home up under contract and if they can’t sell the option to someone else (a real buyer) they will cancel the contract. You can’t take their business or their offer seriously. I wish you luck! We had a horrible experience with them, hopefully you can learn from our mistake.
