GAP company and all its sister brands seem to be going downhill. When your online order is missing items, a company's priority should be to make it right for the customer. Their 1-800 customer service line, however, was dismally poor. Their Dispute Department was even worse - a department full of idiot clowns with very poor reasoning / resolution skills.
