I went in to try on a skirt and they were out of stock even though they said online that they had it in multiple colors. I asked if they could check in the back but the sales associate didn’t want to and claimed that he already did. Unlikely.
Despite an advertised additional 40% off, items were billed incorrectly and I was overcharged by nearly $47. I raised the issue at checkout, but the sales associate failed to properly verify the discounts and reassured me the pricing was correct. After checking online later, I realized I had paid significantly more for the exact same items.
