it makes me mad how such a big store has no-one to help me, the sales person I did come across was of no help at all, more interested in making the store tidy and putting out some new stuff in the womens section. I don't expect miracles but just a pleasant hello and how can I help would be good!
loved gap since way back but limited options and limited sales help made this store really disappointing, except my sales girl Chris was awesome. besides that nothing good to say! some guy, maybe the store manager, came over to try and correct something that she was doing, and she was right the whole time, and that was obnoxious.,
gap methuen is becoming my least favorite gap, high prices and horrible service, please let the rockingham mall store be closer to me!!!
i wanted to like this store because its in the Loop and I love shopping there. but i had horrible experience, Amy was my server and she was so not interested in helping me. she had more important things to do like fold shirts! horrible atitude, horible service.
I love Gap but this store is strrrugggling! not enough customer service and when it is, I feel rushed and like they have something more important to do!! hey, leave me on my own in a fitting room with no help! Amy was helping me, I felt like she had no time for me. folding jeans was better?
