Visited this Gap location during a trip to The Fashion Mall. It seems a bit smaller than some of the other Gap stores I have visited previously. The store was clean and well maintained. It was not too crowded so it was easy to get in, navigate, and exit the store. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. They had most of the items needed or wanted in stock as well. Good experience and I would recommend it, if they have what you need or are looking for.

Visited the store today. There was an older lady in her 50s who checked me out at the register today. She had a weird look and a crooked mouth. She clearly did not know how to handle a customer and seemed arrogant and judmental. It was my first time shopping at this location, her service was terrible. Never been dissappointed with Gap products but you could do better and hire welcoming employees. Never coming back to this location again!

Everytime I come to this location, I always feel the staff needs customer service training. They always seem uninterested to assist.
