We have cabinets by GAO’s, going on year 3. The finish, design and quality are amazing. We have several custom sized cabinets to make maximum use of our space. Each step of the way, they have provided exemplary service. Even 2.5 years later, we decided to change the interior of a pantry cabinet. They came and measured, installed and provided seamless service. I accidentally damaged a door front and drawer (falling chair) and they quickly (and inexpensively) fix it. We were referred by our contractor. I’m very happy with them and their products. At first, I went to visit them. There is no fancy showroom, just an office inside their factory. But I got to see the real products they were making and that was really good experience and helped me on my decision. I worked with Joanne who is really responsible, knowledgeable, helpful.
