I don't think the previous review was accurate. Alice is a responsible Property Manager for me. She takes care of issues in a timely manner. For example, for my rent, I forgot I had set up direct debit, and I still paid the fee myself every month. After Alice noticed this case, she immediately checked the deductions, and then called me to tell me that I had repeated deductions. As a previous tenant, I have to share some my experience with Alice: 1. I have to keep an eye on my bank account, because Alice sometimes cannot manage the direct debit and may charge me extra rent. 2. During the whole leasing period, I don’t know why we cannot use the storage cage at parking. I was finally told that one is locked by the landlord but no one mentioned it to us before renting. 3. The apartment manager sent Alice an email in February, and she forwarded that one to me in July.

I cannot express enough how frustrating it was to work with Alice at Gao Real Estate. She was consistently unresponsive and irresponsible, causing us immense stress throughout the entire process. I was shocked to read another negative Google review about her, and even more disappointed to see Gao Real Estate respond by saying that she no longer works there, when in fact she does. This review is not about Gao Real Estate agency, it is about their property manager Alice Foo. She used working for Real Connection real estate, unfortunately I was landlord of one of property she was managing. It was nicely fully furnished two bedroom apartment, and it was seriously damaged. It was only one tenant on the application but I found out 8 swap keys to access my apartment. If you are a landlord, please don’t trust her!

Good service, nice people, give me very thorough and professional property advices. Plus, the meeting room is very comfortable and chill.
