I went for a skin test for ipl treatment. Dr. Ganzers staff was incredibly rude to me. They gave me the run around on certain questions I had. I called back the next day and wanted to speak to the spas manager. She called me back and said that issue will be dealt with. I was pleased until the day before my appointment the office calls me and says dr. Ganzer feels his treatment won’t work for you. Do not go here the staff is incompetent. I had an issue and no one called me back. And when they finally did I was somehow disconnected and even though I have called them back they have not tried to contact me. They will overcharge you and take advantage of you. If you got the money this doctor is for you. But if you use Medicaid be careful
