Not once did we receive adequate service through this Doctor's office. The amount they charge is absurd. They charge for phone conversations that are hardly even 5 minuet phone calls and then throw a 100$ price on it. After multiple times to get in touch with them and they refuse to call back. When in the office getting blood drawn and it takes multiple tries to pull blood, the lack of experience shines through. It’s one star because I can’t put zero. The service is terrible. Their prices are ridiculous, they don’t take insurance but they charge you like they are. They don’t want to do any of the foot work, like calling in medicine, calling for prices of medicine, setting up test and blood work. They don’t take insurance and the main woman is rude and talks down to you. For as much as they kept charging me I expected better service and not to be harassed when I stop going. I am extremely grateful for Dr Gantt and his entire staff. I was taken off birth control when I turned 50 by a OB-GYN doctor. I expressed anxiety about this, telling the doc that this particular BCP had fir many years helped my mood and prevented cystic acne. Off BCP, I went straight into menapause, followed by Major Depression, cysts on my face, and within that year , hypothyroidism.
