He was an excellent doctor when I was seeing him, very friendly, supportive and just in general, extremely knowledgeable. That said, getting ahold of him these days is a bigger hassle than it's worth; on a good day, expect to be on hold for 20-30 minutes (this is Penn Highlands we're dealing with, remember, temper your expectations) that said, Gantalao is one of the good ones.
