Ok hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel worth the $$$ due to the disappointing staff. There is a pervasive lack of competence from the front desk to the restaurant servers, housekeeping, and management. It felt as though the hotel is run by children. It took 40 minutes to deliver our drinks when the restaurant was slow-- the manager stopped by to "handle it" and then disappeared only to tell my husband later while handing him his drink "oh yeah sorry I had to go the bathroom"; housekeeping did not show up unless requested; t... read more
