Overall, a pleasant stay. All staff encountered were friendly, room was clean and presentable. The rooftop pool is a great afternoon escape after a walk in the city. The above said, the room doors need to be better insulated, as hallway noise was very loud (talking and slamming doors) in the room. Additionally, some of the plumbing fixtures were misaligned which made use tricky.
Extrem überteuert! Kein Verständnis für diese enorme Preise . Das Personal ist sehr nett , die Zimmer an sich sind auch gut , ABER 5 Sterne ist dieses hotel nicht . Es gibt zu viele minus Punkte . Es ist nur die Lage , aber ich ich werde nächstes Mal ein anders hotel suchen . Dort geht es NUR ums Geld , Preisleistungsverhältniss stimmt nicht . Dennoch danke an das Nettes Personal .
A great hotel in a wonderful location near Little Island Park and the Highline trail and a easy walk to Hudson Yards.
