I've had doctor Gannon for years & I appreciate all she's done for me. I'm sure being a doctor can take alot out of a person but no matter how busy things are for her she always greets me with a smile & listens to all my health problems . I feel we work well together to find resolutions or to manage one or more of my health issues. Thank you Dr. Gannon for everything. I'm so grateful for your care !! Staff is amazing as well . I'm always able to get an appointment when needed . Everyone is very kind and respectful.
Gladly will hand you ADHD meds, depression pills, anything but actually test for what your symptoms are presenting as. Had symptoms of thyroid issues for years and she wouldn't even do a full thyroid panel for me, even when I offered to pay for more testing. I have a new doctor now and confirmed diagnosis of Hashimotos but now I need an ultrasound as my neck is so swollen and my antibodies levels are very high. Good Dr, if only you can get to see her. Phones are not answered, no voice mail allowed, no E-mail so not reachable. Sick of the tape that basically sends you to ER or walk-in clinic. Office planning and communication could be greatly improved. It would be so nice if you could just ask for an appointment by e-mail, if no person available to answer the phone.
It's difficult to book an appointment, especially when you need it. Dr. Gannon is good at what she does but she's rushing you out the door the moment you walk in.
