Recently had them fix my broken compound bow. Great service. They had my bow fixed up and back in service within a half hour. Absolutely what customer service should be! Helped from the ground up on buying a new bow. Answered all the questions and gave me all the information i could need and more. All with a super relaxed vibe.
The guys at GRHE are knowledgeable and low pressure. They are locally owned and have the same prices as the chain stores. I also like that they install any accessories you purchase there for free and they include a free year of range time when you buy a bow.
I’m new to bow hunting and Went in today to have my bow tuned up and get some arrows. Top notch service. I hung out while he worked and had some great conversation and he gave me some great tips. This will definitely be my go to shop for anything archery.
These guys are the real deal! They run a no b.s. hunt shop, have taken most types of quarry themselves, and can guide the novice and the pro alike. They are family guys and Northern Colorado is lucky to have them!
This is the best rating I can give as of yet. I bought the Diamond Edge SB-1. It was advertised to be ready to shoot out of the box. Not so much! We have to take my brand new bow to a bow shop and have the string put back on. More money that I shouldn't have to spend! No book came with it. Upon calling, I got told that the string must have come off during shipping. How can that happen when it is in a plastic bag, and in a box?
