Roy came out when I had a bit of an emergency with my old water heater leaking badly from a rusted out bottom. Roy came out to my house promptly and installed a new water heater professionally and for a fair price. I could not be happier with the service that was provided. I would highly recommend Gann Heating-Air & Plumbing.
Nothing like your AC going out at 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, but good thing you know of an awesome AC guy! Roy came right over and determined our compressor was bad, nothing we could do that late but he and Julie offered us a rolling AC unit which helped tremendously in the Texas heat. The next morning a new compressor was ordered with expedited shipping from Houston and by Thursday afternoon we had our AC back on.
