Had done business with Gann in the recent past with excellent results and strong satisfaction. Had a random question about a bathroom drain - why is the plug so gunky and nasty, all i do is wash my face and brush my teeth, i'm not cleaning engine parts for goodness sake- so I text and send a picture. Random, no need for a visit, just asking an expert, real live person not Google. Sent the picture and text, got a response the same day.
