Can't say enough good things about the service dept. here. I've bought several vehicles from them, and even ones NOT purchased here are always serviced here. Staff is knowledgeable, and they go above and beyond whenever possible.
Changed all four tires in my 23 legacy with Ken Ganley in Wickliffe. And accepted to paid 1200 dollars for goodyear tires to get it serviced by the dealer even though the tires were only 180- 220 dollars each. After recieving my car back I noticed a rattle while I drove and the uncomfortably loud tires. I took it back to Ken Ganley three times which was a horrible experience every time. This was the most pleasant experience visiting a car dealership. David who welcomed me and kindly showed me cars and explained was super nice. The manager Mike was nice as well. No strong pressure like other typical dealers made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend anybody who is interested in shopping cars.
