I took a test drive with a guy who started making me uncomfortable then confessed he was recently convicted of domestic violence! When the dealership asked for my thoughts I told them I didn't feel safe. They wrote back and stood up for the guy while insulting me. This dealership reeks of misogyny ladies so stay clear.

Extreme dissatisfaction. Horrible Service. My family recently bought a car from them about 2 weeks ago and then went to buy another yesterday. Towards the close of the deal, Bob, the Sales Manager of Ganley, just walked away from me while I was talking. I was extremely calm and just trying to explain and negotiate my point of view and Bob just gets up and walks away. That was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. After dealing with a guy named Rob by email, my wife and I went to look at a 2013 Nissan Sentra. We took it for a test ride. We noticed a low whining noise on the street. We took it on the highway and the noise got loud. We took it back and told the salesman what we heard. We did not buy it. Shoddy work was performed at the dealership. Complaint was handled by a shady service advisor Hayden. I was in there to have radar sensor adjusted. I noticed the missing cover for the radar sensor a few of weeks later because I haven't touched the car since the service. Called back and showed up in person to voice my concern. Hayden's MO is to string me along long enough for the Honda survey to expire so that it doesn't affect his pocket. I think if you have had any service work done by this delership, you better take your car to another service center before you have major engine problems. I took my 2 civics in at different times for warranty recalls. The first time was for them to replace the oil to see if there was any antifreeze mixed in it. They "Over-filled" both civics with 2 quarts too much oil. That can cause the plugs to fowl, catalytic converter damage, emission sensors to be coated with oil, could blow head gaskets and other seals. Before I realiz... read more

Attention ! Fraud ! Honda of Ganley North Olmsted Location stole from me 1500$ "Extended warranty on the Lease " So basically I have been told by Financial Manager if ill put an extra 1500$ cash down and I will have (PPM) Pre paid maintaince during the 36 months lease on Honda Accord 2018 EX but instead he took advantage of me because of my lack of English at that time '' I was new to the US '' and he put Extended warranty on the lease which I didn't ask for !
