I was sitting in the parking lot and I called service. I talked to Pete the fan selector on my heat wouldn’t work so on this very cold morning I thought I’d drive up to Ganley and see if I can get my van in there. Pete very professional he said it’s really cold out. I will try to get you in. I don’t think I was there two hours brand new heat selector little costly but I need it done now. I’m nice and toasty as I drive my van. The reason for four stars was only because I had to drop almost $1000 but it’s fixed and I’m happy.
I dealt with the best salesman in the place, I'm sure of it. Al Reinhard was not your stereotypical "salesman" that hounds you constantly. He kept in touch with me and demonstrated his dedication to his role at Ken Ganley on Brookpark Rd. by spending I don't know how much time, finding me the car, being very specific with what I wanted on it, and made arrangements to get it to me from out of state, in a timely manner.
