First time ever at this dispensary and it was through drive thru. I pre-paid however they needed a signature, which was not the issue. The issue was making me feel at fault for "Do you see the line behind you?" from the older Asian lady, meanwhile I waited 5-10 mins for the order I prepaid for. While I understand I was a bit far from the drive-thru window, this kind of attitude was not appreciated especially as a first time customer. I’ve been coming here for a while now and always have a great experience. They have a great selection, competitive prices, and the drive-through window makes it super convenient. Arlene has helped me numerous times, and she’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer any questions. She consistently provides excellent customer service, which keeps me coming back.
I just got back from the store and one of your team members was so not cool. Main street store has a little man thar had classes on, not cool. Don't ever give tips to this one. I want some water too man.
I love going through the drive through it makes everything so quick. Arlene makes sure to give clear instructions which makes the process to much easier
