Kent the owner of this business seemed in the beginning to be a straight forward stand up guy. Had him tune up an outboard and replace a pull rope. Upon picking up the motor he explained that he was able to cut the old rope shorter to reuse it. I thought that was strange because I requested new. I just bought a boat, and as a first-time owner I wanted someone to take care of a few known issues and inspect the rest. Gangstad was quick to get me in and more than fair in terms of their pricing. I'd recommend them to anyone!
