Horrible customer service, took almost 2 months to get in for an appointment, I was told to be there at 9:15 for my 9:30 appointment, when I got there there was only one other person in the office waiting, as I waited many other patients came and were called in, I understand they may have been there for other doctors or procedures, this was my first visit so after waiting another 30 minutes I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot me, they said no, that i have been checked in, five minutes latter a lady came from ... read more
Went to the Wixom Tech Dr. in Wixom, MI location, to have a Pilar Cyst removed from my scalp. Dr. Rondina performed the surgery. Not only was the surgery painful, but my blood was everywhere in the surgery room, along my face and in my ears as well. To make matters worse, I had to return THREE times to their office to have them remove stitches from the aforementioned incision.
