Dr. Hu provides mulifocal intraocular lenses for patients who are very nearsited. This is unethical because multifocal lenses have a high likelihood of damaging the retinas of patients who are very nearsighted. This is well documented.
I had Cataract surgery with Dr. Hu, all went well, great service. Planing to take my mother to him soon.
Very friendly and polite
One day I was driving to work and my contacts were bothering me so bad that I had to turn around and drive back home and take the contacts out and put on my glasses. I work outdoors so I found myself sweating all over my glasses and I can’t wear sunglasses with the glasses. So, I made an appointment that day to get my free consultation to see if I was a candidate for laser eye surgery. And luckily I was.
