Lived here for several years and have had no complaints. Very prompt and responsive management
NEVER rent from this slum Lord. He will use his stupidity to try and argue with everything you do. He broke into our house and threw our stuff outside 3 months before the lease expired. He knew the basement of the house floods where people stayed and yet he would just push it off and not spend money to fix it. He would often just show up randomly and welcome himself in. Full disclosure, not a renter, just a nearby property owner. Fails to maintain the yard in accordance with city code. Allows invasives to overtake trees, leaves debris in the yard for weeks. I'll be glad to remove the review once the property at the corner of Hillsdale and 7th is cleaned up.
If you hold any value over your safety and health, please for the love of God do not rent from this IDIOT. Second night moving into my rental, the living room floor caved in underneath of me and I was stuck hanging halfway into the crawl space. I could hardly walk for 2-3 weeks and had to go to the emergency room the next day. This moron knew the floor was damaged and continued to rent the unit regardless.
