My visits have been very pleasent and staff is as well.
I lost my voice overnight and called the next morning for an appointment. From the moment the receptionist answered, she was rude. It's the day before Thanksgiving, I get it, but she said in a tired huffy voice, "The Dr is going out of town for Thanksgiving so you'll have to make it by 11." It was 10 and I wouldn't get there in time, so told her where I lived and asked if there was anything a bit later. She sighed & goes, "Like I said, hes leaving so if you cant be here by 11, we cant see you."

Office is dirty, at least a 1hr wait before called back for a 5min visit. You are basically your own doctor. He will put off visits, scheduling you another visit in a week or two, to do nothing unless you specifically ask. Or beg. Front desk staff are rude. Nurse is rude. Dr is rude. All very unprofessional.
