I came in with full eyebrows because I had been growing them out. The lady finished and I asked her if she can make them just a little thinner… she took off more than half my eyebrows. So now I have to grow them out yet again.

I’m not From the area, however we were in the area , and my daughter wanted her eye brows threaded… she waited about a good 20-30 min.. then a customer walks in and instead of taking my daughter who was next , they took this person who was the last one to walk in, the workers were also having conversations with her which made us believe they knew her and told her “you can come next” Being that was unprofessional , and not good customer service we walked out. They did a good job and got to me quickly, I was in and out in like 20 minutes total. I hadn't gotten my eyebrows threaded in over a year and they did an excellent job
