The staff was extremely nice in that I had to reschedule a few times -- not a problem. I was informed of all the steps and they did a good job explaining the procedure. I was pretty knocked out during the exam so cannot say much about that.

The warm covers were comforting. All staff encountered were cheerful and welcoming. Starting the IV in my arm (rather than my hand) was painless and very much appreciated. Therefore, other than having to suffer through consuming a gallon of Trilyte the previous day, the experience was pleasant.

I was very pleased with everything about my experience at the facility. They were very friendly and professional with everything . Made me feel at ease when I first arrived because I was nervous about procedure .

All the people involved were polite and friendly. The only thing I'd change is the amoint of liquid I was required to consume before my appointment. One gallon is too much, in my opinion.
