Location, Location, Location!! Gandy Allmon Manor is downtown and close to the hospitals. Ms. Dot takes great care of the tenants and cares about everyone there. You can tell it is a great place when people stay here for over 10 years. Highly recommend
My mom has lived there going on 10 years, place has gone down hill. The new management company does nothing for these seniors. Leaking windows that flood everytime it downpours, no maintenance person on hand to fix basic things, seems like the company running the property doesn't care. It is disgusting and ridiculous, wish I could find a better place for her to live
