Traded my car in easily and walked out with a brand new 2026 jeep compass. Rigo -salesperson and Kasey- manager were very helpful!
They scratched my vehicle all up on the fender and left the fender covered in grease to try to cover it up
Completely disappointed in the service center. I stopped into the Express Service to find out the cause of my check engine light and was told I have an oil leak. I have called repeatedly to schedule service and have not received a call back. I was able to book smoothly with Bergstrom Jeep in minutes so taking my business there instead. My husband has been experiencing similar issues with Gandrud Chevy service. We will not be repeat customers of Gandrud.
I would love to give zero stars, but it’s not an option. I had my truck transmission, transfer case, and differential fluids changed at 50,000 miles. Fast forward 2 years and 25,000 miles and my transmission threw some codes. Checked the fluid level and it was just over 3 quarts low on fluid. I immediately changed the fluid and filters again on my own and also found 2 of the transmission pan bolt holes were stripped in the transmission itself. Drill, taps, and Heli-Coils to the rescue.
