This is the second time i brought in my sierra for updates and recalls. Both times they told me 3 hours and the first time took 6-1/2 hours so i missed 2 appointments and this time i called after 4-1/2 and they didn't even start on anything plus it couldn’t be finished today. Ive bought several vehicles here and i think i’ll switch to Bergstrom. I need better tech support than this…
