Personnel assisting were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Loaner vehicle provided during engine rebuild, however was given a full sized truck which my wife was not able to climb in to without the use of a step ladder...made it very difficult for us for the 2 weeks we had it. A follow up repair was performed quickly with no charge. GM of course refused financial assistance even though engine design flaw is well documented via social media responses and NHTSA.
