Our dog required TPLO surgery and we have very few veterinarians locally who perform the surgery and the wait is several months. Our local vet connected us with Dr Gandolf for the surgery. Dr Gandolf was able to get our surgery scheduled within just a few weeks and the entire experience was positive. Dr Gandolf and her staff worked with us on pre-op requirements since we were traveling from a distance for the surgery. We are very grateful to Doctor Gandolf and her staff for the wonderful care they gave our dog. Doctor Gandolf was very informative in the procedure that Sam needed on his leg. All of her staff was so helpful and courteous to us. I would give Doctor Gandolf and her staff five stars and would recommend them to care for your pet.
Dr Gandolf and her staff are wonderful. Communication was great. Instructions were complete. Any questions that I had were addressed quickly by email.
I cannot say enough good things about the care my cat, Milton, received during his recent surgery. Dr. Gandolf and her entire team truly went above and beyond from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process.
