Dr. Gandolph, Gretchen and the whole staff were absolutely amazing. The were very attentive and explained everything step by step before my dogs surgery. The doctor called before and after the surgery. Gretchen reached out the next day to make sure he was doing ok. I would absolutely recommend their services and will use them again. The expertise of Dr.Gandolf and her staff is unparalleled. They have an excellent team that took wonderful care of my dog through her TPLO surgery. Excellent results. I could not have asked for a better experience.
Our dog required TPLO surgery and we have very few veterinarians locally who perform the surgery and the wait is several months. Our local vet connected us with Dr Gandolf for the surgery. Dr Gandolf was able to get our surgery scheduled within just a few weeks and the entire experience was positive. We are very grateful to Doctor Gandolf and her staff for the wonderful care they gave our dog. Doctor Gandolf was very informative in the procedure that Sam needed on his leg. All of her staff was so helpful and courteous to us. I would give Doctor Gandolf and her staff five stars and would recommend them to care for your pet.
Dr Gandolf and her staff are wonderful. Communication was great. Instructions were complete. Any questions that I had were addressed quickly by email.
