For many years have seen the doctor who shares an office with Dr. Gandler. When an unexpected health matter came up I called to see if he could fit me in. My doctor was away, so Dr. Gandler, upon hearing a description of my problem, had me come in. It seemed to me he had logical reasons for asking me to come in, and during our appointment he was clear and reasonable. "Denise" Dr. Gandler's assistant is the rudest health worker I've ever encountered. Took 9 phones calls for them to screw up my appointment, and then deny me an appointment I already made indicating I was a new patient, when I wasn't. Scary!
