The oldest and perhaps the most expensive Indian restaurant in Las Vegas, Gandhi was the winner of the Best of Las Vegas Reader's Poll in the Las Vegas Review-Journal. There are many ways to enjoy dining here. The easiest, for the inexperienced, is the lunch buffet with 18-courses including soup and salad. There are several fixed-price menus, which allow a good sampling, including dessert and beverage. A children's menu is available with less spicy selections.

Excellent Indian Food – This is one of the best Indian restaurants in Las Vegas, and I have tried them all. Great service, great buffet. Traditional Indian food done right!
Gandhi Indian Cuisine has the best Indian food in the strip I had been to Vegas for the first time last week and all my friends who had been there suggested this place for Indian food and I was not disappointed. The buffet has a variety of both North Indian and South Indian food. The pakoras were awesome. Great place to eat, but the only turn off they play some crappy music sometimes
We've been to a few Indian restaurants in Vegas. We think they have the biggest and best buffet. They recently remodeled into a more modern look. I liked the original look better, but that won't make me even hesitate to return, as the food is wonderful.
You'll never run out of water! I have been to Gandhi many times and have never once been disappointed. The setting is comfortable and decorated in such a way that you will feel transported to another country. The food is always delicious even when from the buffet. The only downside is that rice is not included with entrees, which can be a problem if you are having a spicy vindaloo or curry. The service however is always top class, and the waitstaff will always be sure that you have plenty of water! They have a nice selection... read more
Lunch Buffet is Fantastic! – I love this place - especially for their lunch buffet. I crave it all the time now. They have a good variety of various Indian foods and, for the person not used to Indian food, there is a salad section and rice and things of that nature to ease the transition ;-). I fill myself up to the brim every time I go. I have never had any bad digestive issues from eating here (although being horribly full is not such a great feeling!). Everything I've ever ate there has been yummy. I have tried other Ind... read more
Verity of north and South Indian Food – I have been Vegas for 6 times and every time i eat atleast once in Gandhi's. Food is Good, Specially you get verity of Food for Either North Indian or South Indian Snack like Idli or Wada in buffet Yes Buffet.
Pretty good by Vegas' tandoori standards... – If you're from some other metropolitan area of the west coast, chances are you're disappointed in general with the lack of a top notch quality Indian restaurant in all of Vegas. Tamba and Ghandi's are the two best tandoori joints here in town. That's not wxactly high praise, but it will just have to do.
unauthentic, bland...save your money – Service was okay however, the food was below average. The sauces seemed watered down and lacked flavor. Also, rice is not included with the meal which is somewhat untraditional for authentic indian restaurants. I've been to much less expensive Indian places that offer much better quality food and more generous portions. Also, it had a very loud atmosphere and was somewhat uninviting.
Not Good Food – I have been eating Indian for years and am from Vancouver Canada where there is some of the best Indian food around. I even cook it myself from scratch. I was very disappointed with the food here. The Chicken Tikka Masala was SUPER salty and not creamy tasting at all...just super fatty tasting. The other dishes were dripping in oil and the pakora's were all dough and hardly any veggies. The pilau rice was just basmati rice with some peas thrown on top. Definately would not eat here again.
