I just recently started going to the new gander outdoors every experience has been great all the works have been helpful and friendly! I have to give a shout out to Rachel sorry if you spell it a different way, but she was great to deal with and help me find what I need when I wanted to price match helped me when I didn’t have my receipt handy! I love this store since they re opened and re branded! Associate/ manager Tammy was so helpful while I picked out new winter gear! Will be returning to shop in the near future!
I would give no stars if I had the option but unfortunately have to choose one as the lowest. My fiancé and I walked in to get his gun appraised around 6:30pm. Walked in and were told to speak to the guy at the appraisal desk who kept mentioning that we came in at a “Bad time” because he’s off at 7! That’s great we get it your off at 7!!!! He was snarky and didn’t even come off as wanting to help us. Just kept repeating himself then offered to keep our gun overnight to appraise it for us the next day.
