Went in on Saturday to buy new items I saw 3 days before and took pic of sque so I could make sure it was the same items pic was marked 24.99 3 days before and then on Saturday when going to buy items they was marked to 39.99 and 30% off Waste of time and gas driven back over I'll never shop at another gander store closing there door is probably the best thing they could do even when they were in full swing there prices were 30 to 40% higher than anyone else's around and still in the store on 45 it is still the same thing wa... read more
Clearance Specials? More like regular prices at every other store. Its ridiculous how overpriced everything still was compared to other stores. I can see why they went bankrupt.
This place is a joke, I had a shirt with price tag of 14 dollars but when the lady rang it up it rang up as 1497, and the only excuse she could give is liquidators came in a marked stuff. I said it was marked 14 dollars, the idiot still could not answer the question. It is a rip off. Check your receipt before you pay, they will rip you off. I will never go into a gander mountain again.
Honestly don't know how you stay in business. Was on hold earlier trying to buy an expensive gun, and nobody ever came back on the line. Have had this experience with you on multiple occasions. Will not shop at Gander Mountain again.
Fantastic Experience, the salespeople are very attentive & make sure you are taken care of from the beginning to the end of your visit!! My brother bought a blackout rod for my dad's birthday 2 months later snapped while reeling in a small catfish . Pretty disappointed that they weren't willing to help out at all . I will never buy any fishing supplies from them again .
Very helpful staff in all departments. Always have what I need. For guns and ammo go see Chase, knowledgeable, friendly, just a darn good guy.
Really wish someone would have been around to assist me. I bought 2 big cots, NO HELP! No one around at all... One was broken and I exchanged it and the cashier was cussing to herself (Completely unprofessional) Still not much help there either. Not a happy camper. Probably won't be returning. Customer service needs a kick in the ass. and maybe more QUALITY staff.
