Great to see another company has restructured and stayed in the market.....but have they dine anything about there higher prices and bad customer service,the 2 main things that I believe led to their partial demise.
GM has also screwed over customers that use its GM MasterCard by discontinuing (with no notice) the rewards points program. I had $340 in rewards certificates that I was going to use on a firearm purchase last night...I was told, nope we don't accept them anymore. So POOF they are just worthless now. Because of this GM has lost me as a customer forever, you don't fuck over your best customers! Will never shop at GM again even when they re-open. But I'll be sure to buy a lot of guns from Buds Gun shop...stupid asses!
I live over 1 hr away so i tried multiple time to reach you before i left to see if you had the product i needed before i traveled to you store. After multiple attempts nobody ever answered. So we drove to your New Hartford store and let me just say your customer service sucks. Never again will i shop in your store.
Gander is always a neat clean place. Pretty expensive though. I did buy a porch rocking chair there last year. Pricey but one of those moments when you have to have it.
So unprofessional and rude. Worst customer service ever. Dropped a gun off to be cleaned and they had it for 2 weeks and was never cleaned. Will never again purchase anything from this establishment again. If i could give 0 stars i would and that even gives too much credit.
It's very frustrating to never be able to get help at the gun counter, especially when the employees make eye contact and then hurry away. Off to Bass Pro we go.
