I called your store to see if you had inventory of an item for my grandson's camping trip. I spoke with a young lady and she stated you did, making sure that you had it before I made the two hour drive down there. When I got to the store I was very pleased with the greeters at the front area. I was stopped by a young lady, who I believe was a manager (if she's not she should be), her name was Kaitlyn. Evertime I go in to Gander Outdoors I am always greeted with a smile and a hello. I always check out the firearms in the firearm department. They are always willing to let let me look at and hold as many firearms that I want. They have even bought a couple of firearms that I want to to sell. Their firearms women and men are very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are usually the same as the other large outdoor stores. Prices got better. Service sucks. I wont be buying anything from them again.
Customer service was not so good.. need to work on that .. a little pricey for the products
I spoke with the store manager a day or two after they opened. He asked what I thought of the store. I told him same crap as before just a different name. I was looking for waterfowl ammo, and the select was lacking. I was told it will get better, they haven’t received all there supplies yet. Well here it is a few months later and nothing has changed. nice place have what you want prices are ok but not competitive. customer service was horrible. the help I got said what I was looking for doesn't exist but we found it on the website. told the website is wrong they don't carry it.
