My husband and I go up to pay for our items and were asked to join there reward club. I politely replied no. The cashier was almost rude about how she was trying to sell there club membership. I still said no again and the cashier was insluted and got kinda defensive . I would rather go to Cabelas !
What a joke! This place is garbage.
Very nice customer service, clean store, awesome selections, and the good Sam program is something I will be joining!! Keep it up! And thank you for not giving me the "she's a girl so she doesn't know what she's asking or doing" thing! �
Cannot get anyone to help. Kid with the blue hair is worthless.
Purchased a new Browning Citori for my wife and the sales help was excellent. We looked at several models before deciding on the Browning and he was very patient and told us to look at as many models as we wanted.
Store seems better than what is used to be. Main issue I had was the male working checkout kept pushing the membership on me, asked me 4 times if I wanted to signup. No means no.
10 people working,,, maybe more. Couple customers besides me in there. No one would ask if you needed help. Employees would walk right by and not even acknowledge you were there. It was so quiet in there it was kinda and of creepy. Very impersonal store, employees and atmosphere. The only thing that was nice was the young lady at the front checkout said hello when I walked in and goodbye when I walked out. That was the only interaction from employees.
Looks like a nice store, to bad your owner is a piece of shit.
